Vortex Flowmeter (SDVFM series) A Vortex Flowmeter with Temperature and Pressure Compensation is designed to measure the mass or volumetric flow rate of gases, steam, or liquids. It operates on the principle of vortex shedding, where fluid passing a bluff body generates vortices at a frequency proportional to the flow velocity. With integrated temperature and pressure sensors, the flowmeter dynamically adjusts the readings to account for variations in fluid density, enabling real-time compensation. This results in high-accuracy mass flow measurement, especially critical in steam and gas applications in industries like power, chemical, HVAC, and oil & gas.
