
A Capacitance Level Indicator & Transmitter is designed to measure the level of liquids, slurries, or solids in tanks and silos by sensing changes in capacitance. It consists of a probe and an electronic circuit. As the level of the process material changes, the dielectric constant between the probe and the tank wall varies, altering the capacitance. This change is converted into a proportional 4–20 mA output signal for continuous level monitoring.
Ideal for conductive and non-conductive media, it offers non-mechanical operation, high accuracy, and reliable performance in harsh industrial environments.
